Do you want to join a fast paced, growing digital tech team using innovative technology within urgent care, where no two days are the same? Do you have excellent organisational skills focusing on the account management of our business.
We are looking for an individual to play a key role in the development and expansion of a busy and growing healthcare software business.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of software sales and account management in healthcare where you have built, developed, and owned relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring commercial success. Our customers are at the heart of our development and expansion so working collaboratively with your customer accounts, you will be actively identifying new sales opportunities that help to grow their own healthcare services, ensuring that patient care is paramount. You will have a commercial mindset, be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
You could be the ideal person if this role if you can demonstrate that you have;
- A minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar or relevant role
- Proven success in delivering value within a competitive market through customer account management
- Experience of managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience managing work to ensure clear focus & delivery
- Experience dealing professionally with people at all levels
- Experience of working with a CRM system for sales processing
- Ability to exercise tact and discretion at all times
- Ability to work under pressure to specific deadlines
Other duties may be required to be conducted to support the sales and marketing teams such as attendance at demos or conferences and events.

Hours Available 37.5 hrs a week
