Your Role and Responsibilities

 As Business Development Director, you will:

  • Drive Consultative Sales: Maintain accurate market and customer data to drive an insightful, consultative sales approach.
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Scout and develop new business opportunities within the UK healthcare sector.
  • Drive Relationship Development: Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders to achieve targets and drive growth.
  • Expand Partnerships: Grow our sales partner network, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote CLEO Systems to key healthcare segments.
  • Represent CLEO: Act as a credible ambassador at industry meetings, trade shows, and events.
  • Champion Customer Needs: Advocate for our clients to ensure we meet and exceed their expectations.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven Business Development Experience: at least 8 years in a similar role, with demonstrable measurable sales success.
  • Healthcare Software Insight: Understanding of the critical role technology plays in enhancing healthcare service.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to project a positive, professional image and inspire confidence.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A creative and strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.
  • Big Picture Perspective with Attention to Detail: Balancing strategic insight with a focus on execution.

Location: Hybrid- remote & occasional travel to Ashford, Kent.

Hours Available: 37.5 hours per week


Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory basic DBS disclosure and two references.
