We are looking for new NHS 111 Clinical Advisors to join our rapidly growing network of colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team and dynamic work culture.

If you're a registered Nurse or Paramedic with 2+ years of recent experience in primary care or A&E, this is your chance to step into a role that truly matters. After 6 months, hybrid working may be available.

As a Clinical Advisor, you’ll use your clinical expertise to carry out complex triage, provide vital advice, and support call handlers during critical situations - all to keep patients safe.

Who are we?

We are Integrated Care 24 (IC24), the leading not for profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and patient focused primary care services. IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.

Location: Norwich, Norfolk.

Hours Available : Minimum 12 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours per week. 

Full-Time Roles:
 · Standard shifts include a mix of early and late shifts.
 · Early shifts start at 7am or 8am.
 · Late shifts finish at 9pm or 10pm.
 · Full-time colleagues can opt to work only late shifts (9pm or 10pm finishes).
 · Full-time night shifts are available, typically 10pm to 6am (must finish no earlier than 6am).
 · Weekend work is required at least every other weekend, with the option to work every weekend if desired.

Part-Time Roles:
 · Part-time shifts are focused mainly on evening hours, with flexibility for early and late shifts.
 · Early shifts: 6am-12pm (start at 6am, 7am, or 8am; finish at 10am, 11am, or 12pm).
 · Late shifts: 4pm-10pm (start at 4pm, 5pm, or 6pm; finish at 8pm, 9pm, or 10pm).
 · Weekend only shifts are also available.


 Additional hours may be available in times of peak demand.

You must be able to commit to 8 weeks of full time training if you are not pathways trained.
We offer 8 hour and 10 hour shifts, as well as some short shifts if needed.

Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and two references.
