The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering administrative support to the Clinical Educators. This includes coordinating placements for clinical and medical students, as well as clinicians in training, across the IC24 regions. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for colleagues and learners, actively engaging with educational stakeholders, and contributing to the enhancement of IC24’s reputation as a provider of high-quality education and learning opportunities. 

Additionally, the role will involve administrative support in managing continuing professional development platforms and participation in broader educational activities as needed. The post holder must be able to always demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and build and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders.

Location              Ashford, hybrid

Hours Available  18.75 + 37.5 hours per week available (one full time and one part time position available)

Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory basic DBS disclosure and two references.
