This role presents a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to elevate IC24 Group by driving innovation and fostering a culture of learning. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing our business strategy, focusing on quality-driven innovation and improvement by aligning our people, processes, and technology.
In collaboration with our senior leaders, the role will be central to introducing and implementing methodologies that promote innovation and learning through a continuous quality improvement framework. This framework will enhance engagement across both internal and external networks, including change champions, managers, subject matter experts, Health & Care service providers, and solution suppliers, supporting innovation evaluation, managed change, and strategic growth opportunities.

IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.
Location Ashford, hybrid
Hours Available 37.5 hours per week

Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory basic DBS disclosure and two references.
