Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for an exciting role in Estates and Facilities? IC24 is seeking a proactive Estates and Facilities Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Estates and Facilities Department.

 

As an Estates and Facilities Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

 

  • Managing and updating Estates and Facilities data using IC24 IT systems.
  • Processing and actioning work requests for Estates, Facilities, Transport, Compliance, and more.
  • Producing audit reports and conducting information searches.
  • Liaising with IC24 staff, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Organising team meetings, taking minutes, and managing departmental filing systems.
  • Controlling and administering calendars for senior Estates & Facilities personnel.
  • Occasionally traveling to IC24 sites to support departmental activities.

 

What We're Looking For:

 

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience with IT systems and data management.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads efficiently.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel across IC24 sites.

Location                      Ashford – Kingston House

Hours Available         Part time – 25 hours

Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory Basic DBS and two references.
