Executive Assistant – 3 month FTC
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, professional and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Executive Support team and provide high-quality, confidential support to IC24’s Executive Team.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the organisation, ensuring the smooth running of executive activity, effective communication and strong governance support. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, managing complex diaries, correspondence and priorities, while providing trusted administrative and organisational support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Reporting to the Executive Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting Board, Committee and divisional activity, ensuring meetings are well planned, papers are accurate and decisions are clearly recorded and followed through. You’ll also support executive-level projects, events and organisational processes, including ownership of the organisational on-call rota.
This role is well suited to an experienced Executive Assistant who is calm under pressure, highly organised and comfortable working with senior stakeholders, exercising judgement, discretion and initiative.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing comprehensive diary and email management for members of the Executive Team
- Acting as a key point of contact, managing correspondence and day-to-day issues on behalf of executives
- Preparing executives for meetings through regular briefings and forward planning
- Supporting the production of high-quality reports, papers and presentations
- Organising and servicing Board, Committee and divisional meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking
- Managing executive travel arrangements and itineraries
- Providing project and administrative support across executive priorities
- Managing and maintaining the organisational on-call rota
About You
You’re an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a senior, fast-moving environment. You’re confident managing competing priorities, working with discretion and building strong, trusted relationships.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced providing high-level executive support within a complex organisation
- Highly organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Calm, resilient and able to operate effectively under pressure
- A strong communicator with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Confident working with senior leaders and external stakeholders
- Skilled in preparing reports, presentations and governance documentation
- Proactive, detail-focused and comfortable using initiative and judgement
- Experienced in managing meetings, events and executive travel
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity

Additional Information
Location: Kingston House, Ashford, Kent
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week
DBS: Basic DBS check required
FTC – Ends June 30th 2026
