We are seeking an IT Administrative Assistant to support the IT Service Desk team, assist with the working processes of the IT Manager and be part of the End User management service provided to IC24.  

Working as part of the IT service desk team, you will have experience and knowledge of the Service Desk operational needs and be able to adapt to administrative tasks. You will work alongside colleagues to assist in the management of user accounts (starters, leavers and change user process), asset management, and coordinate interaction with the wider IC24 group.

IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.

               

Location: Kingston House, Ashford Kent.

Hours available: Up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory basic DBS disclosure and two references.
