NHS 111 Tier Two Health Advisor - Ipswich based (Hybrid)

We’re hiring experienced Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisors with at least 6 months post-Pathways training. If you're based in or around Ipswich and available for 16–37.5 hours per week, we’d love to hear from you.
What we need from you:
- Currently or recently (within 6 weeks) working as a Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisor
- Live within a 1.5-hour commute from our contact centre.
- A quiet, private home workspace
- Willingness to attend our Ipswich site if homeworking arrangements change
- Available for on-site training on your first day and occasionally if needed
- Suitable internet connection (minimum requirement - 20+ Mbps download / 4+ Mbps upload
As this is a hybrid role, colleagues will be responsible for their own travel expenses when attending their assigned office.

Hours Available
We are hiring full-time and part-time colleagues for a variety of shift options.
Full-Time Roles:
- Standard shifts include a mix of early and late shifts.
- Early shifts start at 7am or 8am.
- Late shifts finish at 9pm or 10pm.
- Full-time colleagues can opt to work only late shifts (9pm or 10pm finishes).
- Full-time night shifts are available, typically 10pm to 6am (must finish no earlier than 6am).
- Weekend work is required at least every other weekend, with the option to work every weekend if desired.
Part-Time Roles:
- Part-time shifts are focused mainly on evening hours, with flexibility for early and late shifts
- Early shifts: 6am-12pm (start at 6am, 7am, or 8am; finish at 10am, 11am, or 12pm).
- Late shifts: 4pm-10pm (start at 4pm, 5pm, or 6pm; finish at 8pm, 9pm, or 10pm).
- Weekend only shifts are also available.
Additional hours may be available in times of peak demand.

Training
Applicants must be available to start training in October or November 2025. This will include 4 days of training Monday to Friday 9-5pm followed by coaching sign offs the following week.
You must be able to attend every day of your course. Please note these start dates may vary slightly.
Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and two references.
