Job Introduction
People Advisor
The Role
Express new ideas, take initiative and save lives. Others talk about being brave, at IC24, we’re made that way. From providing high quality integrated urgent care for over six million people, to thinking of innovative solutions for our patients – every role at IC24 is made to be brave. Are you organised and proactive, with a great eye for detail? Can you build strong partnerships at all levels? Do you have working knowledge of employment law, and good practice in employee relations? If this sounds like you, we have a new opportunity to join our People team. We are looking for someone with previous People (HR) experience to advise our colleagues and managers on a range of employee relations matters.
You may be a People Officer looking for the next step in your career, or you could be a more established People Advisor looking for a new challenge - either way, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be at least an Associate Member of the CIPD working towards (or already have) accreditation to level 5. Knowledge of people systems and people experience within healthcare would be a significant advantage.
We can provide a great deal of flexibility with hours and place of work, with an assigned office base in Norwich (Norfolk), Ipswich (Suffolk), Basildon (Essex), or Ashford (Kent). Occasional travel to other offices will be required. This is a full-time opportunity; however part-time working can be considered with working days and times flexible by arrangement.
