Are you a strong communicator who can negotiate and influence? Can you build strong partnerships at all levels?  Do you have comprehensive knowledge of employment law, and good practice in employee relations?

If this sounds like you, we have a new opportunity to join our People and Culture team. We are looking for someone with significant HR experience to provide robust advice to our colleagues and managers on a range of employee relations matters. 

If you are an established HR Advisor looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be an Associate Member of the CIPD or working towards this level, in addition to having good working knowledge of HR systems. Previous HR experience within healthcare would be a significant advantage. 

We can provide a great deal of flexibility with hours and place of work, with an assigned office base in Norwich (Norfolk), Ipswich (Suffolk), Basildon (Essex), or Ashford (Kent). Occasional travel to other offices will be required. This is a full-time opportunity; however part-time working can be considered with working days and times flexible by arrangement.

Location                     Hybrid working with an assigned office base in Ashford, Norwich, Ipswich, Basildon

Hours Available         Up to 37.5 hours per week (part-time considered)
