IC24 is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead two GP practices, with a combined patient list of over 8000. This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, delivering digital 1st access;  ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing patient care, and driving strategic growth in line with the Next 10yr Strategy. You will inspire and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional service and community support, with support from subject matter experts within IC24 central and divisional leadership, such as clinical quality, estates and patient experience.

Ship Street Practice is scheduled for some refurbishment, while a newly built location is preparing for fit-out as the new location for Allied Medical practice. If you have the experience and leadership skills to support these projects, this is a rewarding role for you. We are looking for an ambitious manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and join the IC24 Primary Care Group. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Become the Registered CQC Manager, ensuring compliance with NHS and CQC standards.
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting IC24’s values: Respect, Innovation, Care, Excellence.
  • Drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and service quality.
  • Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong partnerships across PCNs, ICBs, and local Federations.
  • Oversee health & safety, sustainability, and building compliance.
  • Manage patient experience, audits, complaints, and workforce planning.

 


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership in primary care or healthcare management.
  • Knowledge of GMS, NHS contracts, and CQC regulations.
  • Strong people, change, and finance management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites, while maintaining operational quality and standards. 
  • A strategic, patient-focused mindset with a passion for community care.
  • Practical experience with clinical information systems.
