Reception/Admin – Allied Medical Practice

We are looking for a friendly and organised Reception/ Admin to join our team at Allied Medical Practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling, handling prescriptions, processing referrals, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking, amending, and cancelling patient appointments
- Managing prescriptions and referrals
- Handling patient enquiries via phone and in person
- Processing hospital letters and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting general administration tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in a medical setting is desirable but not essential
