Are you a driven leader with a passion for performance, innovation, and delivering exceptional patient care? We are looking for a Head of Performance Delivery to lead and shape the future of operational delivery across our Primary & Community Care services. This is a pivotal leadership role that supports the strategic and operational performance of all services across the Division.
You’ll work closely with the Divisional triumvirate to ensure services are efficient, high-quality, and sustainable — making a real difference to patient outcomes across the Integrated Care System.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage divisional operations to meet performance and care standards
- Represent IC24 in senior forums and drive service transformation
- Collaborate with partners to deliver integrated care
- Develop and support teams, using data to improve performance and efficiency
- Participate in the on-call rota for service continuity
- Monitor quality and maximise budget performance
About You:
- Experienced in performance delivery and service transformation
- A strong communicator and team developer
- Data-driven and stakeholder-focused
- Aligned with IC24’s values: Care, Innovation, Excellence, Respect
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Leadership experience in complex settings – Level 5 minimum
- Knowledge of service delivery and workforce planning
- Strong change and stakeholder management

Hours Available 37.5 hours, Flexible
